If you consider the kind of person Pam was before she got some backbone, admitting something like that in front of EVERYONE, including Jim's girlfriend, took a lot of guts. Jim only had to admit the truth to one person. GO PAM!!!

im not really sure what to pick.

jim wasprobably planning on saying this for a while, at least thats what i think.
pam just started talking after she did the coal walkand didn't stop.

jim admitted he was in love with her, even though she was engaged. he was just setting himself up to be rejected.
then again, pam is so shy and quiet. like stanly said, its the most he'd heard her speak. and in fron of everyone? even if she was just excited and started rambling, getting things off her chest, thats pretty brave.
but, then again, there was no way she could be rejected, because she just said she missed their "friendship".

so...i dont know :S

tvman picked Jim, admitting he was actually in love with Pam.:
Jim was bravier because he had to do it knowing that he would get shot down, and he was saying that he was in love with her, while Pam just said that she missed spending time with him, not that she loved him. In braverey, Jim wins.

Gstine picked Jim, admitting he was actually in love with Pam.:
Jim had to put it out there first. And knowing that Pam was engaged. Sure, Jim was with Karen when she made her confession but she had the benefit of knowing that Jim, at least at one point, had feelings for her. Plus, she kind of downplayed it by saying "I miss your friendship."

Wix picked Pam, admitting she missed Jim in front of everyone.:
Jim is mostly an upfront, honest sort of fellow, so his confession was, to my mind, easier. He also confessed in private, meaning he had a lot less chances of an ugly reprisal. (Of course, he didn't count on Pam spilling the beans later!) Pam is a shuttered, emotionally timid personality, so her confession, while spur of the moment, was exceptionally brave. It was antithetical to her nature, and heralds a transformation of her character.

Gstine picked Jim, admitting he was actually in love with Pam.:
Jim is an upfront and honest person? Really?! It seemed to me that he had a crush on Pam for years without saying anything about it. He even tried to take it back when the entire office was buzzing about it (and the camera crew had clearly caught him confessing it to Michael). I know Pam's not exactly known for her bravery either but "upfront" and "honest" aren't the first words I would use to describe Jim.

Jim had an exit strategy, but Pam was stuck working there after the confession.

Jim's confession was more direct. Pam is awesome but it was mostly about them being friends and Jim just said it straight out "I'm in love with you". If Pam said those words in front of everyone at Beach Games then she would win hands down.
