I have actually told several people that they "screwed the pooch." I immediately receive strange looks, but as I am used to that, it doesn't bother me much.

My friend and I use "Absolutely, I do" (and many variations thereof) all the time. Pretty much any time we get the chance.

Side note: My dad use to say "That's what she said" all the time. To an annoying degree. And long before The Office put it back on the map. He's recently rekindled his love affair with that catchphrase. So, I guess there is something I can hate The Office for... huh.
