to be honest, i dont hate andy. but, i hate dwight and michael less, and i felt bad for kelly. she annoying, but not THAT annoying, right?
she's just......chatty. happy. bubbly. awsome-loving. ...kelly.

I sometimes laugh at Kelly's blabbering and useless remarks but I almost never laugh at Andy except for the cellphone episode. Andy is just more obnoxious. I just can't stand his personality.

Kelly might be annoying in all the petty ways, but she's basically a sweet, happy person. Andy is superficially annoying AND his approach to life is mean. There's nothing worse than an ineffectual wannabe alpha male.

She can be funny at times, but usually my ears are to busy bleeding from her voice.

I love Kelly, and I like Andy, but I feel like yeah, he is a bit annoying. XD

I would almost attribute the entire season eight debacle to the decision to make Andy Manager (and a huge narrative piece). The show is actually better when the guy is not on it. Gabe, Robert C, and Erin were pretty terrible as well. On the up side, Dwight and Jim are still close to solid. Besides this, most all other characters have become caricatures of their original selves.

Kelly may be kind of annoying, but she's awesome!

She's the worst, the most irritating creature in the office, almost left watching the show for her she's just so goddamn annoying, I feel like choking her to death. No disrespect to Mindy Kaling, but this character of her is just way too unbearable.

Every character must at least have some kind of redeeming quality in them, something that makes them at least appear like maybe there is a strand of good in them. Kelly makes me wanna punch her in the face through out the whole show.
