Blueskiez077: Beardy is from the episode "The Job" when Michael, Karen, and Jim are all waiting to go in for their interviews and Michael says he knows everyone at Corporate already, and Jim asks him who the old man with the beard is and Michael calls him beardy...

As much as I love Mose, he's like a little surprise we get every once and awhile. I'd like to see more of him, but maybe not as a regular.
