Dwight's Speech:

BLOOD ALONE MOVES THE WHEELS OF HISTORY! [pause] Have you ever asked yourselves in an hour of meditation - which everyone finds during the day - how long we have been striving for greatness? [bangs fist] Not only the years we've been at war the war of work but from the moment as a child, when we realize the world could be conquered. It has been a lifetime struggle [bang's fists again] a never-ending fight, I say to you [bangs again] and you will understand that it is a privilege to fight. WE ARE WARRIORS! [applause] Salesmen of north-eastern Pennsylvania,...

Okay, the only reason I’m writing this is because the show, “The Office” needs to be defended a bit. Now, I don’t care if you don’t like the show anymore, that’s fine, go and tune into “Parks and Rec" and join their spot instead.” This article is for the ones that still stand by “The Office” 100%; fans that understand that a show must evolve, as well as the characters, so the show does not go stagnant. I personally think the show would be incredibly boring if ideas were not at least tried and for chances to be taken.

My personal story on how I discovered “The Office”...

Dunder Mifflin Scranton is planning a going-away party for Toby before he leaves for Costa Rica. Michael is determined to make the party match the joy in his heart at Toby leaving, but when Angela balks at his unreasonable demands, such as an anti-gravity machine, Phyllis accepts the duty of planning the party. She does fantastically, ordering carnival rides to the parking lot and hiring Darryl's band, much to Angela's chagrin. Angela insists that Phyllis will never plan another office party again.

Michael's hatred of Toby seems to have been transferred to the new HR representative, Holly, and...

Moral of the story

Gossip must not be used to one's own advantage, people can get hurt.

Michael could have avoided all the drama had he just said the gossip was a moral lesson for the interns before they left, but that would have been too easy to get by, especially when it came to Michael.

So we have this episode starting off with the only two guys capable of following after Michael's clownish ways by prancing about the office like madmen. Are Dwight and Andy a similar version of Michael or do they have their own hidden agendas for acting so silly. How did Michael get by running this office.

I...

Here are the top 5 reasons Andy Bernard is almost as awesome as Jim.

1.His catchy nick names and phrases. They are pretty awesome, and I found myself using a few on more than one occasion. Examples are: "Big Tuna", "Beer me", and "I really Schruted it".

2.His musical skills. He is a pretty decent singer AND he plays the banjo. What more could you want? My personal favorite song of his is "Andy and the Tuna".

3.His amazing collection of ties. Not only does he have a great tie selection, but he miss-matches them so they actually look good.

4.His ability to manipulate people by slowly wearing them down. This will, I repeat WILL, get him far. Mark my words.

5.His ability to beat-up most people. Angry Andy could possibly dominate anyone or anything. This includes Superman, and Dwight Schrute.

Anyone agree?
Also, any other reasons he is amazing that I may have missed??

Andy Ber.nard or Ed Helms or Drew or The Nard Dog is one of the creepiest characters in office. Here is his music trip from the appearance to the final episode, from hilarious to disgusting. Best moments compilation. Ri di dit di doo!
