Welcome back, it's nice to have new episodes again of The Office, I thought I was going through new episode withdraws. Well I'm glad I have my fix now, and the new episode did not disappoint. I totally loved the episode. The writing, I thought was sharp and funny and the writers gave the audience what we have been waiting for, with the story line about the Angela/ Andy/ Dwight triangle. This story line all came to a head and It exploded with total satisfaction. I loved the way Jim tried to protect everyone from Andy (due to his Anger management issues) a great throw back from Andy's history. I also thought it was great when Andy confronted Dwight in a typical Andy way that was confrontational, and physical but not too violent, where Dwight was not in any real harm or danger. I also loved where the realization that both Andy and Dwight got played by Angela, and Angela finally realized when you play with fire, the fire always wins and you get burned. So this episode was great, well written and very funny. This ranks right up there on my list of best office episodes of the season. Also I would like to include, that David Wallace rocks. I love him, he is a great character and the actor that plays him, Andy Buckely plays David Wallace brilliantly. Micheal's interaction with David in this episode was priceless. I think the lesson here is that sometimes you don't know how or what you do right, you just do, and it turns it to be right, and Michael bless his heart tries to explain it , but he just couldn't. That was priceless funny!!!!

One last note about Angela. OI have heard a lot of fans in favor of a Dwight/Angela hookup/reunion, well I have another side to that coin to toss up. I think that Angela is not in love with either Andy or Dwight that she she is in love with idea of two men being in love with her, and the Angela got off on the idea. That's why I think she could never choose between the men fighting over her.

So there is my views as I see them about the office episode entitled “Duel”
Jenna Fischer
Jenna Fischer
From our first glimpse of her, sitting in reception, Jenna Fischer has portrayed the demure and put-upon Pam Beasley with style, wit and grace. We fell in love with her over the first two seasons, but it was in the third that she really shone. From the first episode, as Pam struggled to adjust to her new life as a single girl and a life without Jim, we saw the shy receptionist grow into a confidant woman. While she was exceptional at all times in the third season, there are a few moments where she really proved what an amazing actress she is.

Rainn Wilson plays a character of link in The NBC’s famous “link”. Shrute is a humorous oddball whose weirdness and awkward communications leave his colleagues confused and perplexed. It’s a general perception that if someone like Shrute starts working in an office, he would not be liked by his co-workers. Surprisingly, a new research results shows that if a group really wants to succeed it should include one or two characters like Shrute because then the group makes better decisions. These office oddballs or the “Socially Distinct Newcomers” help in taking out other members of...
