I just watched the first movie again and I don't know why, but I actually loved it more than ever before!! It felt more epic and dramatic than I remember, and I also cried more than I remember.

I loved the first movie. I went into it with no expectations. I had no idea what it was even about at first. James Dashner has a death wish. You don't make a character like Newt and kill him. he's awesome, he's kind, and in the movie he's really cute (not relavent but still...) You can't make someone like that, give them a sad backstory, make everyone fall in love with him, then kill him. After he gets the Flare. James Dashner will need his own death cure if I ever meet him because he obviously has a death wish... Posted over a year ago
