Will there ever be a Lion King 4? If yes tell me what it will be about.

Well, I'd say most likely no. Simba is the main character in The Lion King and if there WAS a Lion King 4, Simba wouldn't be king, and he, Nala or both of them might be dead. Even though the sequel would've killed Simba, it wouldn't really make sense for Simba to step down in one of the movies.


I think that we should do a comic contest for an idea of Lion King 3.

Im not sure but i would like there to be because i am absolutly abosesed with lion's any thing to do with them you should see me room any way it will probly have kiara and kovu taking over the pride with simba in the back ground but not dying because i never cry in movies and then when maffasa scar and zira die i absolutly ball i know inbrasing but then a number 5 and then it kepts on going but i guess that cant happend it has to end some were and lion king was made years ago and i dont think the writgher would think about getting into it again because i think he or she would be pretty old:) i wish they did though

A possible new Lion King movie is totally up to The Walt Disney Company, so no fan could possibly know the answers to your questions. It may be made in a few years, it may be made in 20 years, or it may never be made at all - and it could be about anything the film's makers would want. No one else can know.

Currently there is no official announcements on any plans to make a new Lion King movie. And in The Walt Disney Company's current situation, new sequels to any Disney cartoon classic will not be made. As the current chief of animation there is anti-sequel; In 2006 he cancelled most of the then-in-production sequels and announced no new ones would be made. So, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Nala and simba has a cub named kopa then a cub named kiara kopa fell in love with vineta when zira found out and wasent happy so zira attempted to kill kopa after he bit vinetas ear and kopa recovers simba killed zira (or did he) and they lived happily ever after :)

If there is a 4th they should do a back story on Nala like what did she do while Simba was gone, who did she hang out with, did she had any trouble where she was, where did she look for help, and how she got to where Simba was, and after they had a little fight (after the Can you feel the love tonight scene) what did she do? and it better be all the same like hand drawn characters, background, no computer animation ( I mean can use some but not a lot) and yeah other stuff :P

In my honest opinion I think there should be a prequel since there was already a sequel. Maybe about when Mufasa, Sarabi, Scar(Taka), and Zira when they were young. That way we know why each of the these characters became they way they was.

I can officially say there will be a TLK4 it's called "the lion guard" and I'm not positively sure it's called the lion king 4. It's probably just a spin-off although it does continue the story because it's about Simba and nala's son. The total bummer part is that it's a made for TV movie which really chaps my Hyde but whatever. And it's not supposed to be out till 2015 or 2016. So the whole idea could be scrapped by the that time!

There may be a Lion King 4 as I have written to Disney to ask them and I asked if Kiara and Kodu could have twins and if me and my friend could be the voices of the twins . No reply yet .

I think that there could definitely be one but instead of it being a prequel it could be About Scar and Mufuasa because Scar was the Lion guard... And because there are so many theories about Zira and Scar being a couple so maybe.. Guys OMG! There is a possibility actually! Cova and how they fell in love..to see if they had a child and to see if khiara made cova the prince...because actually the last movie"Simons pride"was based on Sinbad daughter and cova meet in eachother.And falling in love.m

Yes and I think that it should be called The Lion King 4 Scar's Return in which Scar returns and begs for Simba's forgiveness and Simba accepts and Scar back into the Pride Lands and Simba asks him to reform himself and Scar accepts

Well I believe there will be a lion king 4 but the lion guard doesnt make since be cause nalas is cub but she support to be full grown I think it should be about kovu goes mad because ziras and scars spirit live in him like mufasa and simba but this is bad kovu and kiaras cubs name should be Moby and Simba dies in A fight with kovu and Klara must save everyone and her son later on Simba talks to kovu in the sky and mufasa and mohatu a lion that is dead be for mufasa was born mohatu is mufasas dad and kovu becomes nice again or the story is zira did not die she landed in vines ziras dad killed her mom and taught zira to KILL!!! her dad disappeared but had one more cub that's right zira had si and zira went to the pride lands her dad came days later to try to be king and Simba fights him and wins hunuta(ziras dad)get scared and runs away... ziras sister(kunia) becomes part of the pride or I have another idea kopa comes back and simba challenges him nala looks at kopa and stops simba and tells him that its kopa..... their son .simba runs to kopa and hugs him they hang out and they get closer than they where but didn't zira kill you? asked simba no she hurt me is she her?!! Asked kopa ....no she died...kopa gets along with kiara and her cub(mahsum a male cub) and he was friends with kovu and vitani(kovus sister if you don't remember). He find feelings for vitaini and they have a cub named luino a female cub they all four even the cubs ...mahsum ,luino,kovu,Klara,nala,simba,sarabi,kopa,and vitani

It wouldn't be a Lion King 4 since it takes place after The Lion King 2. The Lion King 1 1/2, despite its false advertising as "The Lion King 3" will never be a true Lion King 3 since it's a midquel. It would be a 4th film, but chronologically wouldn't be a TLK 4.

Whether or not it comes out, is a 50/50 chance. Disney is recently returning to its roots with 2D animated films and television series. So the possibility of a fourth Lion King film is somewhat possible, but considering that Disney is prioritizing the sequel to the CGI remake, I'm not sure if they're going to at all continue the story of the 1994 film's franchises.

Assuming it would come out, I think a Lion King 4 would center around Simba once again, since this is still his story. I think maybe he'd struggle with his daughter's maturity and having to step down from the throne, as well as him dealing with old age, and I can see him and Nala having a second litter of cubs after Kiara and Kion.
