I ag-three (<-- it's a pun), it's because he quit smoking.

I'm caught between Sam's Town and Day & Age.

And I'm also in agreement with Cassie; he doesn't really push his voice to athemic levels in Flamingo.

(im takling about on the albums, not live) day and age was very buttery sounding.. sams town was very rough yet very echoey like "AAAAAAaaaahhhh...." ya know what i mean?
and hot fuss was very rough and hard but he sang the songs like he was talking to you while he was threatening you... in a hot sort of way..? flamingo, no offense, but his voice wasnt all that "WOW!"-ish,just saying.
