He's just so sweet. And he's spunky, funny, adorable and loves his sister. He even loves Wanda, which is really cool. :)

EDIT: I mean, obviously I love Ian, but as a character, I'd have to say Jamie.

He is really close to Edward....and he's just so awesome! Jamie is amazing too!!

stop comparing ian and edward together they are wayyyyyyy different. saying there alike ruins the host and the twilight series. i love all the characters they are a magor part of what makes this book sooooo cool. but if i have to rate them Jamie then everyone on that list except for Kyle than Kyle

I pick Ian because he is sooo amazing honestly I like him more than Edward. It's a very small amount more but there's just something about him that is so perfect. I love Jamie though to because he's such a sweetheart and Jared turns nice. Mel and Wanderer are great tho too. Jeb is pretty funny at times and I somewhat like Kyle because after he gets close to Sunny he becomes kind of like an older brother to Wanda but at the begining he is a TOTAL jerk but I start to like him by the end.

how can IAN not be your fave??

Because he's so wonderful and he goes from macho jerk to gentle soul. And I broke down crying when he did after he found out what Wanda wanted to do. My roommate and I gush over how perfect he is in all of his imperfect glory. We also fight over him. Haha

well, so he tries to kill people...he overrects...and he's a little mean but can you blame him? souls are taking over his planet and one is right within his reach. his brother is betraying him in his view becasue of wanda, maybe kyle just feels let down.

Jamie rox! he was soo nice the entire time even the beginning. he didn't do anything bad, well the soul snatching is not his fault. wanda is kinda too self-sacrificing. XP

It was hard for me to pick between melanie and wanderer. I usually like the main or secondary character the best. Wanderer is cool, but Melanie has a don't-mess-with-me attitude that I like.
I chose Melanie.

without her the story wouldn't be very interesting... she made wanda feel some feelings most hosts probably never had

But jamie is da best! Jamie is so adoreable, innocent, cute, loves Wanda and Mel, and he is so funny. I LOVE JAMIE! i feel like hugging him when i read his parts in da story!

Ian bcuz he is so protective of wanda, but also worried for his kind, and yet he still loves wanda even though the rest of the human's dont really like the idea of a 'parasite' loving a human

I like Wanderer the best because she was the point of view by which the book was read and so I feel like I got to know her more. Plus, she had SO much character development, which I love.

i liked mel's headstrong attitude and how she would not give in and let the souls hust the people she loved. i like pretty much all the characters but mel just made it better for me

id have too say ian...because i just love him tbh
he sounds perfect..i think its so god damn romantic when he says too wanda that its not her face its her reactions and its not her voice its the words she says and all the shizz like that and i was like OMG!! hes so god damn sweet :D
i totally understand why he tried to kill her too start off with as well but he did feel guilty as hell after wards...i mean i think i would be a little crazy if my entire planet was inhabited by alien soul things, i think i would be a little untrustworthy against everyone lol...but anyway moving on..

She's a very strong, independent woman. I admire that in a character. And because a like character growth, I also like her a lot. From hating ALL Souls and being hardcore, she goes to understand them more because of Wanderer, and becomes a lot nicer to her. And that without becoming a pussy... Awesome character.

I like Ian best because he is so sweet and he falls in love with Wanda, not Mel, Wanda. And when they are talking together about how Mel is pretty and all that and he says that: It's not the face, but the expressions on it. It's not the voice, but what you say. It's not how you look in that body, but the things you do with it. You are beautiful". That was so sweet :) and he is also funny and i like that he protects her.
