Each god of Ancient Greece and later Rome held their own symbols of power. Whether major or minor, the gods were identified by these symbols. However, the gods had established rules about each symbol, much like each god's domain. They were 2 weeks in on the Argo 11 project ,and leo had not slept since yesterday at breakfast when he had fallen a sleep and almost drowned in his cereal bowl.

CHAPTER SEVEN

When I woke up, I felt groggy. It was still dark out. I looked at my cellphone. It was 5:32 in the morning. "Oh, c'mon!" I muttered.
I got off the top bunk of the bed and grabbed a few things I would pack in my tote. I was sure to be quiet because I didn't want anyone to wake up. But that didn't happen.
"Hmm?" Lola sat up in her bottom bunk, nearly hitting her head.
"Shh," I said lighly, "I'm just getting ready."
She nodded, then she was uncousious again.
I grabbed five shirts and seven pairs of jeans. I looked down at my cellphone again, the screen slightly lighting up the room.

I didn't know how to react when it happened.
So there we were, sitting in the living room, planning, when it happened.
There was a little dust at first. Then it turned gold. Then it looked solid, in the shape of a person.
Then, a girl of a about nine or ten was standing there. "W-where am I?"
I looked at Percy. He was speechless.
Carter looked around the room. "Ummm........."
"Yeah," I said, "Ummm..."
"What's your name?" Janie asked the girl.

I don't like the underworld...it's too hot. It's like being in Florida on the hottest day in the history of the world but 1000 times worse.
I ran through the conversation we had had in the forest after eating. We decided that, since it wasn't the weekend, Nico wouldn't be there.

We dedided on staying at a small motel for the night. So far, we have had no luck finding Eve. The motel barley costed anything, so I guess we'll have enough money if we need food or clothes or anything important.

"Sorry, Kelly, no one has seen them since they were at Harbur Lake."
