I'd say Leonard is more Nerd, Sheldon is about even, Howard is more Geek, Raj is more Geek.

Sheldon and Raj are geeks. Who are more into comic books and sci-fi, and super-heroes. Leonard and Howard are nerdier. Socially awkward.

A nerd is different from a geek. A geek is someone who has no friends, and no life. Even other geeks make fun of geeks. Yes, it isn't nice, but it's true. NERDS, on the other hand, are uncool but have a lot of friends. Even if they don't wear the coolest clothes, they're still great people.
