Personally I cannot decide. Too many bad things has happened in both those decades, both the 10s & the 00s. Why can't people just learn to get along & to live in peace with their neighbours?! I'm not talking about our Irish neighbours over here in Ulster/NI right now! Who knows, just perhaps people would be nicer to each other in the next decade, the 20s, which one is coming real soon. In 2 yrs time we're all gonna enter the year 2020, or twenty twenty. Get ready for the (Twenty) Twenties everyone!
