Its possible for someone to be loved AND hated at the same time. Alot of the time people who are really popular tv characters are hated because some people see them as overrated. Example? Chuck Bass. Now, I love him, and so do alot of other people, but then a LOT of other people hate him. Kinda like Twilight, loved by alot, hated by a lot. (I'm a hater) I think the same applies to Damon, although he IS indeed loved, he is hated because he is seen as overrated. I personally like Damon, but I freaking adore everyone else on this list more, this is a seriously good list btw. posted over a year ago.
