Gonna go for wit. Though I really do love them all, House really has something special going on (Everyone should watch the season 3 episode 'One Day, One Room' to see what I mean).

But also HOUSE! It was hard to choose between them. I'm glad that i'm not the only one who gets bored by Greys (who stole from Scrubs, Nip/Tuck etc. etc. I used to like it, but now it's really terrible). Private Practice is also good, it's a little bit like Scrubs and a lot less like Greys

I used to like ER but I stopped watching when Noah Wyle(Carter) left.
Now they are going into the character's lives.None of the original cast members are on the show.
House is the best in my opinion.
Its very medical,has an awesome cast(in my opinion),the original cast is still there(even though Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer aren't getting enough screen time hopefully in season 5 they'll have alot more screen time),and its very addictive.I haven't seen Grey's Anatomy or Scrubs.

House OWNS all other "medical" dramas. Scrubs isn't medical; it's all about sex with sexual undertones. Grey's Anatomy is a sort of medical but there's too much making out in hospital environments that really shoudl be sterile. And ER is reminiscent of a soap opera.
