Blair and Chuck are OVERrated,Chandler is perfectly rated,because he's epic like that and I'd say only Rachel could be called underrated,cause she gets a lot of undeserved hate.She's awesome!

NO ONE on Friends is overrated, they are the right amount of rated! However majority of the CW shows have a bunch of overrated characters, especially as each episode only gets a couple of million viewers at most whilst friends was easily averaging in the 20 millions each season! There is a big difference between these shows!

Rachel get's a lot undeserved hate?? If you ask me, she get more undeserved love lol She's the least funniest and least interesting fan, and is the considered the best one.

Well like most people said, none of these caracters are underrated, that's for sure. I guess if I HAD to choose one from this list, I would say Rachel... I think she's funnier than most people give her credit for. But really, none of the five here are underrated (except I can't know about the Damon one, cause I don't watch his show)
