Actually, it was difficult for me to choose between Mallory & Andrew. Jennifer's character was made not to be close to Alex's. It was kind of a shame IMO. Mallory & Alex were always super close from the beginning. It was so cute to see them together; teased each other playfully while deep down truly loving each other. But then Andrew came along. Alex was so happy that he finally got a brother, all he wanted to do was protect him. But during this time, Mallory was growing closer to Nick. Naturally, the realationship between Alex & Mallory were drifting away as they grew up and got their own lives. Although Alex & Lauren grew closer & got a more steady relationship, Andy was still a big part of Alex's life. Now, I probably would've chosen Andy because siblings are usually closer if they're the same gender. But Mallory was first in line so...she wins. :)
