Lea is fantastic and because people hate her character they forget to realise how amazingly talented she is!

^^ I think Lea is really talented.. and I love Rachel... but a lot of people who don't like Lea, don't have a problem with her because they don't like Rachel... they have a problem with Lea because they don't like Lea. I'm sure there are some (maybe even many) people who don't like Lea simply because they don't like Rachel... but that's not everyone (I wouldn't even say it's the majority). I like Rachel much more than Lea... but I do think Lea is very talented.

Tina Fey is amazing... an incredible writer and an awesome actress. But I don't watch 30 Rock so I can't pick her for that show.

2. Toni Collette, United States of Tara (a really really close 2° place) / Edie Falco, Nurse Jackie (same as Collette, this is definitely my favorite category)
3. Lea Michele, Glee (at least she plays my favorite character out of all of the nominees)
4. Tina Fey, 30 Rock
