	livelydebate picked 1. Chuck Bass : Does this mean they've never worn less than flattering things? No. Does it mean I would wear the same type of things? No. What separates these characters from the rest is their ability to pull off whatever they are wearing with flare. Seeley - His skinny ties, cocky belt, patterned socks and trench coats give him his edge. Rachel - Sure her stuff is dated now, but back in they day she looked awesome. (I thought that icon was cute, it's not an example of her dressing standards. lol) Carrie - LOVE the stuff she wears. I watch that show for pretty much that reason only. Peter - If you can't see what an amazing style this boy has, I fear for you. His high collared jackets... Come to mama! Serena - Best dressed girl on TV. The end. Chuck Bass - He's Chuck Bass.
