weaslyismyking picked Outsourced (Comedy) starring Ben Rappaport, Sacha Dhawan & Rizwan Manji:
Can't really tell which one's gonna be good.... I typically don't like NBC's dramas, but I think their comedies are pretty good. I think Friends with Benefits looks to me like one of those shows about friends and they all end up becoming more than friends. Not that I don't enjoy those shows (Friends, HIMYM, etc) but we don't really need any more of that. Love Bites looks like a show about dumb blondes. So Outsourced it is. Though this looks dumb too.
I heard there was also going to be a show called Beach Lane. It sounds dumb also but Matthew Broderick's in it so I'll probably watch it anyway :P

I'm not excited about any of them. But I've heard Summer Glau is in The Cape. Summer gets me excited.

DarkSarcasm picked Chase (Drama) starring Kelli Giddish, Cole Hauser & Amaury Nolasco:
Wow, I didn't think Friends with Benefits would be so popular... is this because of the OTH chick?

I'm psyched for Chase. Favorite actor ever as a cop again? Heck yes. I like Amaury Nolasco from PB, too.

I watched all these trailers yesterday while making the pick... most of these comedies look awful. So awful that I'm hoping NBC changes their minds on most of them and just airs them online to spare its poor viewers. The Love Bites trailer made me gag. Didn't we already get rid of the Sex and the City BS? Outsourced looks like an Indian knockoff of Community - different setting, but for some reason, I'm just getting that Community vibe. The Paul Reiser show might've worked... if this were 1995 and people still cared about him. However... =P

There are a few that look like they have potential, though. As far as drama goes, Harry's Law and L&O: LA should be worth a watch. Maybe Undercovers. The only comedies I might get into are FWB (but what does this mean for Ryan Hansen on Party Down?) and possibly Perfect Couples. If I can get past my hatred of Olivia Munn.

I agree with JoeLaveau. The Cape is the only one that's got my attention at all, but it's only because Summer Glau is in it.
