This upset me so much I actually stopped watching ER for several years. I was so mad that they had brought in this new character and then promptly killed her off.

Joyce Summers dying was a close second. That was a really emotional Buffy moment.

Ben's death was the saddest for me. He was one of the greatest guest stars ever. I am so surpised that he was not on this list. His funeral was so sad it made me cry. Not a lot of things make me do that.

Was it just me or was Charlie's death a tad... pointless? I mean he had more than enough time to strap on some scuba gear and head back up. Unless that station has a role to play in the future it seems like Charlie has submitted to perceived fate just as he was getting some control on his life

i was sad when charlie died, but he died at peace and what-not.
and ben's death on scrubs was sooo sad, but i was able to deal with it.
