I grew up with this show and Topanga was very well known for her long, straight hair. So, when she literally cut it off right there on the show...it was pretty shocking!

I like the "Rachel" haircut.

I loved this moment because it was such a symbolic moment for Carrie's character in the show! My second fave would be when Topanga cut her hair - I remember the episode (sorta...) and what a big deal it was at the time! haha, oh... good times!

Seriously I almsot CRIED when Topanga just cut her hair off! :(

but i'm thinking about when rachel cut her hair in the 7th seventh season of friends and she had a short bob. not the picture shown here because that's how rachel's hair started on the show so it wasn't a drastic change since we really didn't see her hair before. but her season 7 hair cut- looked sooooo different but soooo good!! she went from having hair almost to her waist for a couple of seasons to hair around chin length.

i didn't like it when buffy cut her hair or when felicity did. carrie's looked nice but i liked her hair longer better. topanga's was nice but i didn't care that much. i thought rachel's looked so different but amazing!!
