Im kinda in the minority here but House season 5 made me stop watching the show...Its just lost what made it good. On the other hand I believe that Dexter is the best show on television and its impossible to fault Michael C Hall in that role.

Though I love Hugh Laurie as House I have to go with Michael here. I mean the way he plays Dexter is very good, one time he's smiling and talking with his friends the next he's chopping up people. The way Michael C Hall does that transition beteen friendly ordinary guy and cold serial killer is amazing. I also love his naration on the show.
