I don't know a lot about Tatiana and Nina's personalities, but from what I've seen on Orphan Black and TVD they're both super talented (I always forget Cosima and Sarah and Helena and basically everyone else are played by the same actress)

I don't pay much attention to most actors lives and personalities outside of their shows but I love the way Nina plays the difference between Elena (who I hate and find extremely annoying, selfish, and useless) and Katherine (who I LOVE because she's badass, entertaining, and resilient). The way she talks, walks...her whole demeanor is so different between the two. It's easy to forget they are played by the same actress even though they look alike. It may sound weird but I think Elena is bland looking while Katherine is gorgeous...and the way Nine portrays them makes it so easy to see them differently.

Tatiana would be my second choice. She plays so many different characters so well (I'm super behind on this show and need to catch up)

Emilia is also great. A perfect Khaleesi!
