I feel that Stiles and Lydia have amazing chemistry, however this isn't a choice so I will go with the next best thing which is STEREK. I feel that Malia and Stiles chemistry is just very weak. I enjoy shelley she is a great actress but malia just is portrayed as a dumb person, who needs to depend on her current boyfriend to make her happy this won't last.
I respect other people's ships but to me Malia just came out of nowhere (Did Peter seriously need to have a daughter??) to prove Stiles was not gay and attracted to Derek...I mean, the two of them have history, we all saw how Stiles lost interest in Lydia since he met the werewolf and how much the latter actually cares about him. Just my opinion

He never lost interest, the spark is there, there just hasn't been the right moment todo anything with the bottled feelings.
I ship both (though Stydia is my favorite) but I prefer Sterek, by far.
Stalia grew on me, and I adore Malia, but I HATE the way they got together. It's literally my least favorite thing of the entire show. I wish we weren't queerbaited so much, and Jeff wasn't an a*s, because I think Sterek could've been so interesting and so great if given the chance! Their chemistry is just off the walls, I think mostly due to Dylan & Tyler H. Sadly Derek is gone and probably never returning, so regardless it'll never happen. Sigh.
(I will forever stick to my happy Sterek bubble in fanfiction ;D)
