How old is Robin in Teen Titans?

And does he have this memory(with the titans) when he is in "Young Justice"? Or it has nothing to do with it?

How could he? it was mentioned once in the show that Robin was 4 feet tall! i don't think 17 18 yr olds are that short! especially boys! Unless he's a dwarf, which he isn't. He is thirteen!
