There was an interesting flower tea I drank in Korea at a Buddhist temple that was a dried flower that 'grew' into a large flower as it steeped in the water. It was good; a greenish type of tea.

you can buy white chocolate teas, rose tea and brown rice tea believe it or not! these are the strangest teas i've heard of- best teas are camomile or traditional milky tea :D
