Maybe try Kohl's or Target...or Charlotte Russe is one of the trendy but not expensive stores at the mall...they have a lot of dresses. Also forever21 or any of it's sister stores. There's a store in the mall near me that is from forever21, but it has a different name...I've only been there once and I can't remember the name, but I saw a bunch of cute "Taylor style" dresses...I think as low as $12.99 OR $14.99. I know my sister will know the name of that store...I can ask her when she gets home, then let you know.
