EXO’s Tao Leaves a Message on Weibo Amidst Withdrawal Rumors

EXO‘s Tao, who has recently been swept up in rumors that he will be leaving the group, left a short message on his Weibo.

On April 26, he posted on the social network site, “I’m sorry. Thank you,” inciting curiosity as to what he might mean. It seems that he is referring to the messages of support that he has been receiving since the rumors surfaced.

Meanwhile, on April 22, Tao’s father posted on his own Weibo, requesting for Tao to be released from EXO, citing health concerns.

At that, EXO’s management company SM Entertainment responded, “We were recently in the process of meeting with Tao and Tao’s father in China about various activities, so we think it is unfortunate for a letter like this to be posted. Nevertheless, we will continue to meet with Tao’s father about finding a constructive direction.”

I just hope he realizes that he has nothing to apologies for because he has done nothing wrong. It is not a sin to be home recovering and it is not a sin to leave a company and seek a new direction. All of us here have done or will do the same in our lifetime. It is not like he will be receiving workmans compensation for the 19 injuries he sustained while working for SM. I am proud that he is a good Asian man who still understands the term being filial to ones family. He owes us nothing, but the world owes him understanding.

I think the message is more how he\'s sorry for making fans worry about all of this. Yes Tao\'s health is important however it feels like the people that are so adamant against Tao leaving are actually ignoring Tao\'s own feelings. Tao loves EXO, he loves being a part of EXO, and he loves the fans, he loves everything about it, and he\'d be devastated if he had to leave. I really think Tao should do something like Sulli did, where he just takes a hiatus for awhile to rest up and get needed care, but he isn\'t out of EXO. It\'s just so frustrating??? The people that are like \'Tao come back right now!!\' AND the people who are saying \'no Tao needs to LEAVE because he\'ll be HAPPIER\' are both ignoring Tao\'s own personal feelings and his words. It\'s frustrating. I also feel like it\'s been awhile since anything was said on this because there\'s been a lot of talking going on behind closed doors to try to get it worked out. Tao is an adult, the decision rests with him, and people keeps saying what they think is best for him and making decisions while leaving Tao out of it.

I think that he says sorry because exo-l worries that he\'ll leave exo and thank you for their concern because if he reverse it to "sorry.grateful." to "grateful.sorry" i think that he is saying goodbye.. that\' s only my opinion.

After the release of all the pics of his swollen, bruised up feet and ankles, a website detailing his injuries for the last three years, i cannot believe Tao has so called fans who only worry about him staying in EXO. It\'s good that EXO-Ls are getting support, but shouldn\'t Tao be top priority? How can SM talk to Tao\'s father and not apologize for allowing his son to get hurt like this? Oh yeah, because SM doesn\'t have a conscious. I hope Tao leaves EXO BECAUSE HE NEEDS TO RECOVER. Don\'t think about SM, EXO, EXO-Ls, but to think about himself. If he doesn\'t fully recover, in the long term his feet (not to mention his back) will give him permanent problems when he gets older. You cannot live out your dream if you\'re hurt beyond healing. Be stress free and recover fully Tao.

Did y\'all see the pics of his feet???? Do y\'all even care???? Is it more for you and what your wants and needs are???? HIS FATHER wants him to come home and REST.. Trust, he doesn\'t want to go, but say he stays and he should fall one day and can\'t get up them the same people that are saying "Tao, please stay" are going to be the same ones that will say "he should\'ve taken a break when he\'s had a chance" and sadly they will. What ever he decides I\'ll support, because as a mom of three myself, that\'s what we do, we protect.

The only things we know are fact are that Tao was resting for 3 weeks, part of that time in Qingdao because of all his injuries. At the 3 week mark, his father released a letter clearly stating that he was doing this against his son\'s wishes and for his well being but he was planning to file to terminate his contract. In an interview, he said Tao agreed to let his father do something, what it is i am not sure, because he was a good kid to his family. Ever since then, evidence of Tao\'s injuries have been surfacing, and the entire thing has been blown out of proportion. SM\'s official statement is that they had been in talks with Tao to settle his studio in China too and that they would try to settle things so that both parties (SM and Tao and his father) would come to an amicable agreement. After that we were told EXO would carry on activities for their comeback. Nothing happened for a while besides more rumors and speculations and nastiness from the so called fans and the antis, until Tao\'s message on weibo. Nothing has been confirmed nor denied and nothing much else has been posted by any reliable source.

I hope he does leave exo. He has been injured sooo many times and he never gets back 100% to health. It might sound like a selfish comment to some of you..but the health of these boys come first than anything. His father wants what is best for him for now.
