I like long and brown hair but I like long blond hair and short brown hair.

This is the Rapunzel I have known for years and has come to love. The blonde girl with the magical long hair, just like in the fairytale which I by the way never have heard or read. I know, knowledge missing... So I can only assume she was blonde in the stories. At least that's what I believe I have heard :)

I hate when people say she looks awful or ugly with her hair short and brown. I have brown hair, have since around kindergarden when it darkened up. Growing up, I would play dress up with a girl across the street and she was always the princess because of her blonde hair. When I argued that I wanted to be the princess once, she told me to name a good princess with brown hair. (We both hated beauty and the beast) I couldn't. Tangled always makes me so happy to see a princess with brown hair. Plus, it's short!
To me, this is the whole point of her character, she is a princess inside, not outside. Very cliche, I know. You get the idea, she doesn't have the hair of a princess, but she still is.
Plus, the haircut itself is super cute in my opinion anyway and goes great with her green eyes!
