I just love SN a lot! Big Wincest fan myself. Somehow, I think Wincest beats Destiel by far. At least Sam and Dean are 2 human beings. I mean, come on, people, let's be honest, who would ever want to have sex with an angel?! Not me! Besides, even though this is just a SN fandom, there are many gay and lesbian siblings who are in love. I mean, just check out the web and google twincest. You'll find a lot of siblings who are in love with each other, and all that IRL. No offense to Destiel fans, but love between brothers is much more realistic to me than love between a human and his guardian angel. At least that's what I think. How about you? What do you guys think?

I'm more of a neither answer. But I do love me some Destiel moments. Like when Cas pops into the bathroom that Dean is in, and Dean tells Cas he needs to learn about personal space.

To answer your question, I rather feel ew and gross to have sex with my siblings than celestial being..
Besides, Cas is angel so he's supposed to be 'genderless' which all the more make him more suitable for Dean, imo.
Plus the Destiel moments (both ups and downs) have better chemistry in terms of romantic relationship than Wincest by far, imo.
