Okay, I'm having a serious brain glitch here. Was Dean possessed by a demon? I've seen it mentioned a few times in the forum, and I'm drawing a huge blank as to what ep, and by whom. :S
remember ep. 3x10 "Dream a little dream of me" when they get inside Bobby's mind with the help of Bela (yeah Dean didn't like that :D)..and he confronts demon Dean who shows the real Dean what his future holds when he goes to hell

Boy, that was quick! And a photo as well! I'm almost ashamed to say it, but I've seen that episode only once, and I did not remember that part. I mean, I remember him confronting himself, just not the demon bit. Thanks Lucy! Ep. 3x10 should go to the top of my list of ones to re-watch! :)))
yeah but that wasn't really being possesed, like lucysmileyface said, it's bad dean who shows dean what his future holds for him when he goes to hell, but he never was possesed in any other episode
....ohhh, right-see I completely forgot that part too-though I did remember some kind of confrontation with himself....so your not like alone in the forgetting-department..lol
What Dean feared more than anything was becoming what he hunted, so when he had to face his worst nightmare it was every "insecure, angsty" part of himself in form of demon. It's the part of himself he hates the most, it's his biggest fear. Not only to show him what the future holds. One of my favourite season 3 episodes. Or better, all time episodes.
