who is that guy in season 4?

Yeah, he's called Zachariah, and he's an angel, kind of a boss to Cas and Anna and all that lot. I think he appears in like 4 or maybe 5 eppys in S4, i remember him being in 4.17,4.18 and 4.22 definitely :)
