Who's Lori?

I've seen a woman's name, Lori, mentioned in a few quiz questions, posts, etc. and I am completely drawing ablank as to who that might be! Can anyone help me? Sorry if this is a dumb question, and please know that once someone answers it, I will have smacked myself in the head, going "Ohhhhh! Duh!"

Thanks so much guys!!!!! I can't believe I forgot that. And why do people make such big deals about characters that we'll never see again and had little to no relevance to the future of the show? Like Dean and Emily, form Scarecrow.
