My own idea maybe temptaion if you coul put it in a true form I mean I know its something diffrent for everyone but maybe it could be in the image of a not so attractive girl but she has the ability to change into your deepest desire Like for Dean a hot girl with unlimited supply of bacon burgers n beer lol n Sam A smart Healthy girl. but once they get you hooked they can get you to do what ever they want n the question is can you fight temptation.
it be kind of a mind controll I know there has been a couple of things kind of like that but every one else would see her as a not so attracktive person kind of like the movie Shallow Hal lol I dont mean like butt ugly just not what they usally go for.n too defiet them ud have to fight your temptation. does that make sense/ lol
