Lets take a trip back trough time, back to SAm n his craveing of Deamon blood. your in an alleyway helping Dean

Look for his brother good ol Sammy when you find him munching on a demon yummm, now up to this point Dean hasnt figured out what Sam is doing yetso Do you tell Dean or keep Sams secret?
Now Im A dean girl but after pukeing screaming n just plain freaking out Id probably keep it to myself it would be hard especially when Dean looks at me with those eyes n asks Whats going on but I think I would keep it, while trying to get Sam to tell him himself.
