Sorry guys, but which episode is this picture from?

It's just I'm presuming it's SPN, because he has the tattoo, and it must be Season 5, because, trust me, I'd remember this picture ;) and I haven't seen Season 5 yet, even though I am climbing the walls for it :( so yes, please help me out so I know what to look forward to :P

Yeah, I heard that it was from a deleted scene. Damn, sometimes people delete the best scenes. :P

By other pics I've seen I think he MAY have been with the waitress from the bar here (I forget her name) and considering his statement to Jess in his dream about how he wouldn't let anyone else get hurt because of him, this scene would sort of seem out of place perhaps.
