Like said before. She has already appeared as a little girl a couple of times in season 3 and ones in season 4 in Yellow Fever, though that time she was a hallucination Dean had. But if you mean if she is going to appear as a little girl again, then I'm not sure, but she propably wont from seeing the promos for the next episodes I think she's in the same body she was in in It's A Terrible Life and she did say that she wasn't going to survive the appocalypse and there's only one seal left at the end of season 4 so she propably wont.
She already has. Once, at the end of Jus In Bello and she was in most of No Rest For The Wicked. But I am guessing she will not appear again as a little girl, because in the promos she appears as a blond woman.
