'A pig in a poke' means to buy something you cannot see. It's a breakfast item made of sausage, flour, milk, and eggs. Brown sausage in frying pan. Allow the to be slightly under cooked, just lightly browned. Mix together all other ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 9 X 9 inch pan. Lay sausages gently on top about 2 inches apart in two rows. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes until lightly browned.
