Anyone else think Chuck might be God?

I mean the way he kind of vanished at the end. Maybe there is no Chuck and the angel protecting him is "his" own power.

Right before he vanished at the end I was like, what if Chuck's God.

It's possible but it's also possible that he was just a prophet of the lord and ascended to heaven like Elijah. Elijah was described as ascending into heaven and as one of few people to enter heaven while alive. It could be that they had him ascend to prove that he was a prophet.

I see your point there, but I do think that he is God. Maybe what Cas told the boys about Dean's amulet wasn't true - I mean, Cas may have been lied to about it. But still, you make a good point =)

If you put all of the information we have together, it makes sense if he is God. He knew what was going to happen in the future or present, and etc. Being a 'prophet' was the perfect disguise. The angels could still protect him, but they wouldn't have to know that he was their father. And him at the end of the season finale was even more proof that there's a huge possibility that he's god.

he is god, in every other tv show or movie god wears a white shirt. the whole episode chuck was wearing a robe
