Why did Kyuhyun and Siwon did not dance in their mv No Other?

Did you guys notice it? Siwon and Kyuhyun did not dance in No Other. I saw Kyuhyun doing a few minor steps and I think that Siwon is busy with a drama but I'm not really sure for the real reason. May you please tell me? Thanks.
