Strange Magic Merchandise and Dolls 

For a film that is from the mind of George Lucas, the man who is well known for having the first movie in history to have a huge cult following for anything

related including toys, costumes, accessories and just about anything and everything you could imagine. And yet, when it comes to

Sure there are some classic movie merchandise choices such as the poster and the soundtrack but not much else appears to be largely available.

Is this because the critics have decided that they aren’t big fans of this movie? Has it been unfairly judged?

From the reviews I have seen online they have been at both extremes. Some have absolutely loved the movie, as have their kids. One review I read even described the film as, “

for little girls and the whole family”, while another reviewer clearly hated everything about it and is wondering what Lucas was thinking when he created this.

I know this movie only recently hit theaters around the world, so perhaps there will be more to come in the form of costumes, figures and toys as time passes. Although the tag line for this movie is, “Everyone deserves to be loved” we’re not sure if the critics really got this since they don’t seem to have “shared the love”.

However, I think this is a really cute poster for the movie and features many of the main characters.

Since this film was actually more of an animated musical, it would be fair to say that the movie soundtrack could prove to be popular, especially when you consider that it mainly featured well known pop songs done in a fairyesque style.

If you haven’t already seen it or have decided you’ll wait to see it at home then this will be the earliest opportunity you’ll have to do so.

I know there are kids out there that are going to running around the livingroom with their fairy dolls and playing make believe to the music from the film. And there are parents that are going to love that, and others that are not gonna think not so much!

Now, as I mentioned at the beginning of this post, I have searched everywhere for dolls and toys for this movie and I just can’t seem to see anything.

However, I know there are little girls out there that are going to be super disappointed with this so I’ve found some other awesome looking fairies.

In fact, if I was that age again I’d be begging for some of these. These are way better than the Barbie toys I got back in the eighties (whoops, showing my age again!)
