Stefan & Elena Question

Can anyone tell me what happens between these two in the latest book, Moonsong?

Basically I want to know of they get back together because I read a summary that says that she wanted time away from both brothers, and then Stefan says he doesnt want her because he catches her kissing Damon (excuse me while I barf) and she then decides to give Damon a try. Which brother, if either, is she with at the end of the book?

Basically, Damon and Stefan were always fighting over her so she said she wanted time away from both. She kissed Damon, Stefan saw and blanked Elena (I think she deserved it) and then he was kidnapped by Ethan, Elena, Damon and everyone rescue him. But by the end Elena says she has made her choice and that she chooses Stefan over Damon. (Yeyy I love Stelena!!)
