“I don’t know where you get your delusions laser brain” Princess Leia: Empire Strikes Back

A Rogue Resistance warning: Rogue One spoilers lie ahead! Do not get lured by the dark side…see the movie before you read on!

It is always a traumatic time when a major movie franchise loses one its crown jewels upon the screen, but when that loss transcends to reality the passing is always a bitter pill to swallow. This loss was profound, one I have never quite experienced before in the fandom of Star Wars. The loss of Kenny Baker was a body blow to us all, especially in the aftermath of Star Wars...

John, and Morris walked into the center of the village, where the cable car station was. Three Imperial Troop Transports stopped next to the station.

Carrie Fisher as Leia
Carrie Fisher as Leia
I'm not very good with writing but I wanted to try and express my feeling about getting the heartbreaking news yesterday afternoon about Ms. Carrie Fisher's passing.

This celebrity death hit me hard, it was like I lost a family member, it was like I've known her, even though I've never meet her, she's been a part of my life since I was 8 years old, just hard to believe she's gone. Yes, as an 8 year old boy, she was my first crush, even if I didn't realize it. I grew up with her, she was always Princess Leia to me, yes I've seen her in other films, but she was always Leia. She set the standards...

I am a huge Star Wars fan, I've been a fan since I was 7 years old. I am what some would call an O.T. generation kid, but I also really loved the prequels and Jar Jar Binks as well, still can't figure out why some fan hate him so much, but this isn't about the prequels or Jar Jar, it's about Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

As a "O.T." kid I loved this movie, all the small call backs to A New Hope were awesome and they were done right, they were not "ham-handed" and they did not feeling like fan service to me.

I fell in love with all the characters so quickly and that just made me care about them more and to me that is a sign of a great director and a great story teller. So, I say great job Gareth Edwards, great job.

I don't want to give any spoilers away, so I don't think there is anymore I can say without spoiling it. So, if you haven't seen Rogue One: A Story Wars Story yet........ what are you waiting for?

The Darkness smiled....
Upon the old priest sitting amongst the deathly empty thrones. His tears of silent grief drawing it ever nearer. The Pathbourne had not come. All his brother's and sister's were now dead.Their seat's cold and empty. Not even the babies in their cribs had survived, a total massacre. The Darkness wetted its lips in anticipation of tasting the last of the Family. As it lazily slunked around towards him the symbol on the floor twisted. Sudden fear beat at the beast's movements trying to make it move ever faster. But Lennar had felt the beast's hunger.Had felt it and welcomed...

Several Imperials were trying to get down to the cable car station, but with the door locked, they had to put all their effort into knocking it down.

Imperial Guards: *Hitting the doors with sledgehammers*
Imperial Officer 62: Sargent, take a break.
Imperial Guard 55: *Gives his hammer to a stormtrooper*

After making his way down into the station, Morris ran up a small corridor. At the end were two doors. Both were closed.

Morris: *Opens a door, and looks outside*
Imperials: *Running all over the place. Several Astro droids are also outside with them*
Morris: *Closes the door, and places a wooden board on the doors to lock them. He runs back down to the station, closes the other door, and also locks that. He looks up at the others still waiting on the roof* The doors in the corridor are locked.
John: See if you can find the controls.

It was Jott. He was dead. Blood was coming out of his mouth.

John: *Back inside the bar with Morris* He was heading towards me. Until someone killed him. Did you see where the other three went?
Morris: I couldn't see. This place is very crowded, and there's more than one exit. Anyone of them could have slipped out. If you don't mind...

In a village near the castle, a steam engine blew it's whistle, pulling seven hopper cars. Once the train was gone, it was safe for John, and his men to cross the tracks. They had to pass between two more freight cars, marked for the Imperials.

Morris: You know Major, I thought this galaxy got rid of trains over 200 years ago.
John: Not on this planet. They're preserved for recreational, and educational purposes. Let's go into the depot across the street.

Zorri sighed as her long day ended. For starters, because of her unintended nap she was being docked a day's pay on her next check.
Then when she'd gotten to her small but loving apartment, she'd shared with her boyfriend. She'd found her few things packed and by the door. The bastard hadn't even allowed her to stay the night. All the while her replacement had just turned up her nose and swung her ass around. Zorri started to chuckled as she hailed a cab. At least she'd no longer have to smell his odious flatulence.Yet it left her only one option. One option that made her curse the stranger for...

You probably watch a lot of movies. We all do. Except for Amish people, but if you're Amish, you're not reading this. Every movie has a protagonist, but he/she is not necessarily always a hero (Deadpool, The Godfather, etc.). However, sometimes, characters who are supposedly heroes are not so heroic either. Of course, realizing this, I took it upon myself to figure out which "good" protagonist was the least good. After searching the realm of movies for many long years, I have come to believe that Luke Skywalker is the man I've been looking for. Here's why:

#1. His Reaction to Death

" She wasn't strong enough. They couldn't save her."
Jorg swallowed hard against his grief." How long?" His brother took a shakey breath."She didn't last the night. That was two days ago." Vizan turned as his brother's grief became more then he could bare. Jorg caught at his brother's sleeve, his eyes wide with pleading. " They have to be lying. They have to be." "STAR WARS: EPISODE II - ATTACK OF THE CLONES" (2002) Review

The fandom surrounding the 2002 movie, "STAR WARS: EPISODE II - ATTACK OF THE CLONES" has always struck me as somewhat a fickle affair. When the movie first hit the theaters over eleven years ago, many critics and film fans had declared the movie a major improvement over its predecessor, 1999's "STAR WARS: EPISODE I - THE PHANTOM MENACE". Some even went out of their way to declare it as the second best STAR WARS movie ever made. Another three to five years passed before the critics and fans' judgement went through a complete reversal....
