its not all in his life support suit he eats and drinks and sleeps in a meditation chamber that gives him oxygen constantly then he puts on his helmet and joins everyone else to complete his missions but yeah its the meditation chamber not all the suit though the suit is highly useful
Darth Vader dosn't need to eat or drink you see his life support suit keeps him hidrated and he dosn't need food because everything is in his life support suit
