Please, does anyone know which was the episode when Picard was talking to a female leader of an alien race or a lost human colony.

When the leader asked what would Picard do if they (the race/colony) ask them (Picard/Enterprise) to leave, then Picard answered "we will leave". It's not "Who Watches The Watchers", and I can't remember. Thanks in advance.
