I think it was just a stupid ratings thing. If they'd given it some more time, some better promotion and maybe a better timeslot this show could have been a really big hit, but unfortunately they decided to cancel it anyway... Such a shame, the show is so awesome! I would have loved to see more then just 18 episodes...
