Here are the couples that are meant for each other (below). Keep in mind that SpongeBob and Patrick are NOT gay, despite what other people may think! THEY'RE NOT GAY!!!!!!! Anyways, here we go.

SpongeBob and Sandy are meant for each other. In fact, one episode (Truth Or Square) shows them getting MARRIED!!!! How can you go wrong with that?
Patrick and Mindy (the mermaid from the SpongeBob movie; King Neptune's daughter) are meant for each other. Heck, it was OBVIOUS that Patrick had a crush on Mindy! He even said "You're hot" to Mindy!
Pearl should date Larry the Lobster. I don't really know why, but for some reason, I think they belong together.
Squidward isn't much of a chick magnet, but he fell in love with a female squid named Squilvia in one episode. Considering they're both squids, they'd make a pretty good couple.
Mr. Krabs fell in love with Mrs. Puff, as seen in the episode "Krusty Love".
Plankton and Karen are already married, since Karen is Plankton's wife. Even though she's a computer and he's... well, a plankton, they're still a good couple.

Patrick could in one episode and that could be a theme in one of the episodes because it seems like it would be an interesting one so yeah but I just imagine it working out with a girlfriend for one episode..

Patrick could date Lindsay from Total Drama, since they are so dumb. When I first saw Lindsay i was like, "she totally reminds me of Patrick"
