I think so because I've been watchin spongebob's show when sandy is in them. And just from their rections when they're around eachother, I can tell that they both have secret crushes on eachother. But they won't admit it of course! I've also read a few books including Sandy. In a book that has to do with valentines day spongebob has a valentine for sandy! so there's a smidgen of truth! so.......
