That is actually the wrong answer. Spongebob was the one dropped on his head when he was a baby, and the person who told you that was probably on a not-well website.

When Mrs. Puff gave Patrick a boating test, he passed (Unlike Spongebob who is suppose to be smarter). In Patrick Man! Patrick dresses as a super hero and pops The Dirty Bubble with his ice cream cone (Although this doesn't count 'cause he didn't plan it)
